Where exactly is the property located?
We originally bought this property because of it's central location:
  • Located just a short 10-minute drive from the prestigious Puerto Banus (9km)
  • 2km from Salduna Beach
  • 5 minutes from San Pedro (6km)
  • 10 minutes and the gastronomic delights of Benahavis (7km)
  • 15-minute drive to the charming town of Estepona, this is the ideal base for exploring the best of the region. (15km)

How many bedrooms & how many guests can you accommodate?

We have two ensuite bathroom double bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. We can also provide another single bed on request. The apartment is for 4 people however we can supply an extra single bed on request for an extra child.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is 10:00am or before. 

Are there any specific house rules?
Our top priority is to provide you with an unforgettable holiday experience, but in order to safeguard our home and respect our neighbours, we have a few house rules in place.
  • We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any pets during your stay.
  • To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, we have quiet hours in place from 23:00 to 08:00.
  • Please note that our home is not suitable for groups, parties, or events.
  • Lastly, we maintain a strict no smoking policy. 

We invite you to make our home your own during your stay, treating it with the utmost care and respect. We dedicated to ensuring that you have an extraordinary time and will go above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable experience.

How do I obtain the keys on arrival?

Your keys will be eagerly awaiting your arrival at our property management office, conveniently located just 1km away.

  • During our office hours, our friendly staff will be delighted to assist you and you can collect your keys from the front desk.
  • For your convenience outside of office hours, we have a secure key box available. Rest assured, we will provide you with a unique access code before you arrive, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
Are there any additional charges (cleaning fees, security deposits)?

Yes, there are additional charges for cleaning:

Cleaning fees:

There will be a €90 cleaning fee. This fee covers the thorough cleaning of the property, as well as providing you with essential amenities like bath gel, shampoo, soap, and more. Additionally, we make sure you have more than enough towels and bedding for your comfortable stay.

Security Deposit:

To ensure the protection of the property, we require a refundable €600 deposit. Rest assured, this deposit will be returned to you promptly after your departure, once our diligent cleaners have inspected the property to ensure everything is in perfect order.

Can the host provide local recommendations (restaurants, activities)?

Absolutely! We've compiled an exclusive online dossier featuring our most cherished eateries and must-visit destinations. Rest assured, we'll gladly share these hidden gems with you well in advance of your arrival.

Do you have WIFI?

Certainly, we provide high-speed internet for your convenience throughout your stay.

Moreover, we offer a cutting-edge smart TV, allowing you to effortlessly access your Netflix account and indulge in your beloved TV shows and movies.

Do I need to hire a car and is there parking?

In our opinion, it would be beneficial for you to consider renting a car during your stay as there are numerous breathtaking destinations within a short 10-15 minute drive. However, if you prefer not to drive, there are convenient options such as local taxis and Ubers available 24/7 and bus stops at the bottom of the main road. Additionally, should you require any essentials or wish to indulge in local cuisine and bars, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars just a pleasant 1km walk away.

Furthermore, you'll find the utmost convenience with on-street parking right outside the property, ensuring ample spaces for the duration of your stay.

Can special requests (e.g., early check-in, taxi's etc..) be accommodated?

Are there discounts for longer stays over two weeks?

Certainly! Feel free to reach out to us with your preferred dates and we'll gladly provide you with the percentage discount tailored to the duration of your stay.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer several convenient payment options for your peace of mind:

Option 1: Pay directly through PayPal (please note that you will be responsible for covering the fees).

Option 2: Pay directly via bank transfer.

Alternatively, you can choose to book through our AirBnB or Booking.com account. However, please be aware that there will be an additional 17% charge to compensate for their fees.

How accurate are the photographs in the listing?

We have included this FAQ because we understand the frustration of staying at properties where the photos don't accurately represent the actual experience.

Rest assured, our home looks even more spectacular in person, and all the photos have been recently taken. In fact, you may notice some delightful additions to the decor, as we are constantly upgrading our property every time we visit.

How private is the accommodation and the pool?

Our property offers complete privacy. It features a ground floor apartment with a secluded rear garden and a charming Spanish patio area.

Immerse yourself in tranquility as you take a dip in one of our two main pools, which are always peaceful, offering breathtaking views of the majestic mountains.

What security and safety measures do you have in place?

The property is fitted with a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, electric security blinds for your patio doors, decorative security bars on all windows, and security locks on all doors.
