Apply for a room at The Bawdlands

This is a short pre-qualification form, not a credit application. It takes a few minutes and asks about your work, your income and why you are moving.

What happens next: we read every application ourselves and reply within one working day
If it looks like a fit, we arrange references and a short chat with the people already living in the house
To move in: one month’s rent and a £400 deposit. No admin, referencing or renewal fees
Your tenancy runs monthly with no fixed term, and you give two months’ notice when you want to leave
