Twenty minutes, and a completely different street
Burnley to Clitheroe is about 21 minutes by car. You can keep your job, your gym and the people you know exactly where they are, and change nothing except the street you come home to.
Clitheroe is a historic market town at the centre of the Ribble Valley, with a twelfth century Norman castle and its grounds sitting in the middle of it. Realistically, yes, or you will be on the bus. The 42-minute bus runs every fifteen minutes, which is frequent, but it is twice the driving time. The train needs a change at Blackburn and takes about an hour, so it is not worth it for this route.

The house is in the centre of Clitheroe, so parking is on-street and subject to the usual town-centre rules. If you will be driving to Burnley daily, come and see the street at the time of day you would be setting off.
